DELIVERY INFORMATION & COSTS

 

Our Postage and Packing Rates are, per order, NOT per item,: UK Recorded Delivery: £2.95. Europe, 'International Signed For': £6.99*. Rest of the World, 'International Signed For': £9.99

The UK delivery charge is for any order, *All International deliveries are for a maximum of 6 items, please contact us if you require more items in any single order.

 

Standard Delivery

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 2-4 working days. Sometimes during sale or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services department.  Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands and Islands and AB postcodes will take longer to arrive. For Northern Island and AB postcodes we aim to deliver standard orders within 5-7 working days.  To the Highlands and Islands we aim to delivery within 7 days.  During busy periods, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to Northern Ireland and 10 working days for delivery to the Highlands and Islands.

All our deliveries to the UK are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service. All International deliveries are sent using Royal Mail International Signed For Service.

Recorded Delivery UK - £2.95 delivery charge for all orders.

International Signed For (including ROI) £7.99 for all orders up to 6 items. (above this number please contact us)

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

 

RETURN OF GOODS POLICY

All returns for a refund must be delivered to the address below within 14 days of placing your order.

All returns for an exchange must be delivered to the address below within 14 days of placing your order.

Items to be returned must be in an 'as new' condition (unused, unworn and unwashed, complete with their original packaging and tags.) You must send them by a ‘signed for’ service. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
If you have purchased a product as a gift, please do not discard the product tags until you are sure the item does not need to be returned.

If an exchange is required for an item of higher value, the new item will be dispatched upon payment of the price difference.

You will be required to organise, and pay for the return of all goods to land-of-my-fathers.co.uk.

Goods purchased at our retail stores cannot be returned to our online store, and vice-versa.

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

You are not liable for any postage costs if you were supplied the wrong item, wrong size, wrong colour or if the item is faulty. Full postage fees are applicable to all other returns. You remain responsible for arranging and paying for the return of goods to land-of-my-fathers.co.uk. If you are not liable for postage costs then we will refund the amount paid to return the item(s) to us to the original card used to place your order and you will not be charged postage fees for an exchange.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

  1. Verify that your return meets the criteria in the Return of Goods Policy above.
  2. If you require an exchange for a different size or different product, please check online that the size you require is available.
    If the size you need is not available, you may wish to select an alternative from our range.
    If there is a difference in price, please ensure this is paid prior to return of goods.
  3. Return the item(s) to the relevant address below. This address is also on your invoice.

Please return your invoice (or a copy of it) with brief written instructions for refund or exchange. If you do not have your invoice, please include the following details:

  • Your full name, address and postcode
  • Your order reference (if known)
  • Contact telephone number
  • Once the returned goods have been received, checked and verified, your account will be credited, or exchange completed as necessary. 

For your safety it is recommended you use a 'signed for' delivery service, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, and ensure the package is adequately insured. We are not liable for any packages lost in the post

FAULTY GOODS

If goods are returned due to being faulty, a full refund, replacement or exchange will be available upon confirmation of the fault, plus the cost of postage and packing (equal to the original postage and packing cost incurred by land-of-my-fathers.co.uk, unless proof of postage cost is supplied) and any other costs that have incurred as a direct result of faulty goods being supplied (providing proof is supplied).

REFUNDS

All refunds will be made only to the original card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to credit your account.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason. The 7 days start from when you receive the goods.
